Hi, I’m Lena Vo, Austin Realtor® & Founder of Winvo Realty
I’m Lena Vo, an experienced Austin, Texas Realtor® with more than a decade of experience helping home buyers, sellers, and real estate investors navigate the Central Texas real estate market.
My real estate journey began when I purchased my first home at just 22 years old, shortly after starting my first job after college. That experience sparked my passion for real estate and gave me a firsthand understanding of what it feels like to make one of the biggest financial decisions of your life.
Before moving to Texas, I was a licensed real estate professional in Seattle, Washington for more than 10 years, helping clients buy and sell residential properties in the Seattle area.
I moved to Austin, Texas in 2011, bringing with me both a real estate background and extensive experience in the high-tech industry. My technology career included years of leadership and engineering management experience, giving me a strong analytical and project-management perspective that I now bring to my real estate business.
After years of working in the Austin real estate market—and after becoming a top-producing agent at my previous brokerage—I founded my own real estate brokerage, Winvo Realty, in November 2024.
Today, my focus is helping clients make informed real estate decisions throughout Austin and the greater Central Texas area, including Round Rock, Georgetown, Leander, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Hutto, and surrounding communities.
I don’t simply open doors and show houses. I spend significant time in the field researching communities, touring properties, walking lots, inspecting new construction, photographing and videoing homes, and staying current on new residential and commercial developments throughout the Austin area.
I also closely follow Austin’s real estate market, local economy, employment trends, technology industry, new construction, property taxes, master-planned communities, and infrastructure development. This allows me to provide clients with more than property information—I help them understand the bigger picture behind a location and how it may affect their home-buying or investment decision.
Through my social media platforms and my Vietnamese-language content, I regularly share Austin real estate market updates, new construction communities, home tours, property tax information, relocation tips, neighborhood guides, and Central Texas lifestyle content.
